By accessing or using ProjectKidsCamp ("the Service"), operated by PurviewX LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What we provide

ProjectKidsCamp is a directory and planning tool that aggregates publicly available summer camp information in Portland, Oregon. We help parents browse, compare, and plan camps for their children.

Camp information accuracy

We make every effort to keep camp information accurate and up to date. However:

• Camp details (dates, pricing, availability, age ranges) are collected from camp websites and may change without notice.
• We are not affiliated with the camps listed on our platform unless explicitly stated.
• Always verify details directly with the camp before registering or making payments.
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in camp listings, registration issues, or any experience at a camp.

User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Registration and payments

When you click "Register" for a camp, you are directed to that camp's own website. All registration, payments, refunds, and communication happen directly between you and the camp provider. ProjectKidsCamp does not process payments or handle camp registrations.

Intellectual property

The ProjectKidsCamp website, design, and original content are owned by PurviewX LLC. Camp names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our aggregated camp data without written permission.

Limitation of liability

ProjectKidsCamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on camp information, registration decisions, or any camp experience. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which for free accounts is $0).

Prohibited uses

• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of camp data
• Creating competing services using our aggregated data
• Impersonating camps or submitting false camp information
• Any use that violates applicable laws

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
